Rhodes Waterside is a major retail centre in Western Sydney with over 2,400 parking spaces and multiple user groups, each with different access rules and pricing structures. Transitioning from a legacy ticket-based system to a fully ticketless model created challenges around access control, billing accuracy, and system reliability. The centre required a centralised digital solution that could streamline operations, reduce administrative overhead, and deliver a seamless parking experience for staff and visitors.

UbiPark deployed UbiAgile at Rhodes Waterside, integrating with IP Parking for LPR and access control. Staff create an account in UbiPark. Once approved, UbiPark updates the IP Parking database with customer access details. UbiPark handles all billing, supporting multi-entry while consolidating charges into a single daily fee.

UbiPark is committed to continuous improvement to foster ongoing refinement, ensuring solutions evolve to meet changing needs effectively. We will achieve this through frequent performance reporting, regular feedback loops, continuous monitoring and proactive recommendations.

“The UbiPark team were responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. Since going live, the system has been reliable and user-friendly. We’ve seen consistent usage across our parking categories, and end users have responded positively to the new ticketless experience. It’s a smart solution that fits the expectations of a modern retail precinct like Rhodes Waterside.”
