Monash Health has gone live with the UbiPark staff management solution across 7 Hospitals, 30+ parking areas and for approximately 25,00 staff. The site is operated by Ace Parking and there are two different sets of PARCS equipment deployed across the sites. The deployment of the system marks a change for the staff to make parking more equitable. Staff were previously charged a flat fee for parking each pay cycle regardless of their usage whereas with the new system they will now be charged for usage of parking. Parking transactions are recorded by UbiPark from the various access control solutions and automatically pushed to the payroll system to allow billing as a payroll deduction.
