60 King William is Adelaide’s largest commercial precinct, offering over 40,000m² (430,000ft²) of premium office space. As a brand-new development, it needed a parking system to manage casual and reserved bays while integrating seamlessly with the building’s advanced infrastructure, including the Charli workplace app. The system also had to be deployed quickly and scale with tenant growth.

The team implemented UbiAgile at 60 King William, integrating with Integriti for access control and Sensor Dynamics for LPR. The UbiAgile module allows staff to book and share parking spaces to maximise occupancy. Staff register and manage their parking via the Charli app, with each tenant assigned to custom access groups such as Casual or Reserved. LPR activity is captured and synced with UbiPark in real-time, ensuring accurate billing, reporting, and simplified access control.

UbiPark is committed to continuous improvement to foster ongoing refinement, ensuring solutions evolve to meet changing needs effectively. We will achieve this through frequent performance reporting, regular feedback loops, continuous monitoring and proactive recommendations.

“Since implementing UbiPark, we’ve seen a significant increase in parking usage, rising from 30-40% to 90%, with the car park operating at near full capacity each month. The system makes it easy to manage both casual and reserved bays, and the support team has been responsive and helpful throughout. It’s been a reliable and efficient solution for our team and our tenants.”
