SAN goes live October 30th

UbiPark have partnered with Axis Communications to leverage their advanced 2N intercom and access control solution to manage staff parking at the SAN hospital in Sydney Australia.
IPG recently took over the parking at the Hospital. The existing parking system is due for replacement and a tender is being undertaken with a view to replacement mid 2026. IPG required an interim solution to aloow the management of the existing staff access for the parking garage.
UbiPark integrated with the 2N intercom solution to allow access for staff using QR code. Intercom stations were installed at each barrier gate across the site. The solution allows the staff to enroll for parking and either download a QR code to their phone wallet or to print the code. The QR code can then be badged at the camera on the intercom point for access. The 2N solution provides reliable and rugged intercom points with a high quality colour camera. This provides a reliable solution at a budget friendly price.
The car park is managed by IPG and operated by Wilson Parking Australia.
