With 2023 in full swing, we’d like to take the time to thank our valued customers for their support during 2022. Though the year started with uncertainty, 2022 proves that hard work during difficult times has the best payoff.
It was great to see so many customers fight through the Covid Lockdowns and grow their businesses under challenging circumstances. The successes seen with our customers have also driven unprecedented growth at UbiPark that could not be achieved without the support of our customers.
Here is a snapshot of some of those achievements in 2022.
An abundance of new projects
Key Projects
UbiPark had the pleasure of partnering with several new businesses. Three projects include Duncan Solutions in Townsville, Toowoomba and Mackay regional councils where we have provided Council branded smartphone apps for on-street parking.
We have also been working with some well-known businesses across the country, including the AFL (Marvel Stadium), First Parking, Bunnings, CBRE, ESR, JLL and Monash Health to name a few.
UbiPark attended several local and global conferences
Trade shows are at the heart of expansion at UbiPark. During the COVID pandemic, we were limited to the trade shows we could attend due to capacity restrictions and lockdowns.
Fortunately, in 2022, we have made up for lost ground by attending some of the most prestigious global trade shows and events.
These include:
– PACE 2022
– The IPMI 2022 Parking and Mobility Conference
– Intertraffic
These events provided some insight into parking beyond the Australian market. It has led to the development and re-imaging many of our products, including Agile Parking, which is assisting with the Hybrid Working Challenges.
UbiCollaborate 2022
In October 2022, we hosted our first corporate event, UbiCollaborate 2022. We invited some of our closest networks and industry experts to speak at the event to open the dialogue around parking. This successful event established many new connections and helped show business owners what they can do to provide a better end-user experience, increase revenue, and reduce administrative/operational costs.
The event featured many presentations, spanning from how to arrive at work to how to ensure parking management is optimised. One of the most controversial topics, EV parking, encouraged a debate about the future of driving and parking.

Moving to a new office
With our 2022 focuses on adapting to smart technology and business growth, we recently relocated to a new office in Cremorne, Vic. This office situates us next to some of the most up-and-coming technology developments in Melbourne.
The new office also provides space to continue growing the local team.
We would like to say a big thank you to the Sleeves Up team for welcoming us into their family. We invite customers to visit us in our new space in 2023.
A wrap-up
Once again, thank you for all of your support in 2022. UbiPark has seen record growth which would not have been possible without our customers, strategic partners and staff. We can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store for us.
